A passionate professional with over 20 years of experience in video and event production, Brcki is anything but your typical “owner.” He leads the team with the philosophy:

“I’m not the boss, I’m a colleague.”

Although trained as an agronomist, he discovered the world of technical production during his student years and has been devoted ever since. He built his experience step by step, from assisting on projects to independently managing complex productions.

Brcki has worked on numerous prestigious events, including Noć gutača reklama, Be CROative, Nautic Cinema, Zlatna kuna, Kupujmo Hrvatsko, Ericsson 70 Years, Bosch, 24sata Digital Takeover, HP 25 Years, Festival of Lights Zagreb, MBF, and many others.

He founded PROteam with a clear goal – to deliver top-level technical production and implement modern technologies in marketing and events.

For Brcki, this work is more than a profession; it’s a challenge, a passion, and a space for discovering new possibilities.

Project Manager and Stage Director

She is a manager with over 10 years of experience in the event industry. Known for her cheerful spirit, warm smile, and open approach, she easily builds trust and understands clients’ needs. Highly capable, organized, and adaptable, she has a keen eye for detail and a clear vision for every event – from the initial idea to flawless execution. She approaches each event individually, aiming to exceed expectations and create an unforgettable experience.

Master of Sound

Microphones and speakers are Ivan’s daily companions, and he handles mixers like a pro. With extraordinary expertise in audio production, his perfectionism ensures that nothing is left to chance and he won’t stop until every sound is flawless.

Entering the production world at just 16 years old, Ivan experiences every tone, frequency, and sound as a challenge. With his keen ear, he detects even the smallest disturbances, making him indispensable on every event.

Friendly, polite, and always positive, Ivan not only ensures perfect sound at conferences, parties, and large events, but also performs as a DJ and young event manager at volunteer events.

With his ambition, expertise, and love for sound, there is no doubt that Cela will go far in the world of audio production.

Video Production Veteran & Problem-Solving Expert

With over 25 years in technical production, Deka has seen, tried, and solved every problem that exists. His greatest passion is video production, covering directing, editing, screens, projectors, LED displays, audio, lighting, and IT systems.

His work includes Ulysses Theatre on Brijuni, Komedija Theatre productions, video projections at Zagreb fountains, Festival of Lights mapping, corporate events, and concerts.

When faced with seemingly impossible problems, Deka calmly and creatively finds solutions – often with combinations only he knows. As the saying goes: “Like fine wine – the older, the better.”

And if you are questioning what keeps him going during long production days, the answer is simple -espresso with a splash of milk.

Streaming Specialist & Young Technical Virtuoso

Timi is our IT and streaming expert, representing the new generation for whom technology is an adventure, not a challenge

He has grown from basic production skills into a top-level technician.

Timi handles video, audio, and lighting, with a particular focus on online and hybrid events, mastering platforms like Zoom, Teams, and YouTube. Always playful and creative, he approaches challenges with energy and inventiveness, earning the admiration of both clients and colleagues.

Lighting Master & Atmosphere Creator

Without Tomica, every event would be in the dark. Though formally trained in IT, he passionately explores light production, keeping up with the latest equipment and technology

He meticulously tests new lighting models, DMX systems, and effects, designing light concepts that enhance music, mood, and emotion.

His expertise ensures that lighting does more than illuminate – it builds atmosphere and highlights key moments.

Tomica also studies computer systems and works in electrotechnics, further elevating the precision and innovation in his production.

Set Designer Master

Joža is our set design master, capable of building, fixing, and assembling anything. He installs stages, platforms, and carpets at record speed and maneuvers vans through the tightest spaces No No LED screen is too big or high for him to build.

Humorous, energetic, and versatile, t. Joža brings joy and professionalism to the team.

Strong, responsible and reliable, he is the backbone of every event.

Young Talent & Future Technical Virtuoso

Dado combines youthful energy with unstoppable persistence. Passionate about computers, the internet and gaming, he brings the same dedication to video production.

He can work overnight on setups and still manage video equipment and massive LED screens with precision.

Dado is a versatile talent in video and IT production, and his energy and enthusiasm are contagious.

He is destined to become a top-tier technical expert in the coming years.
