PROteam was created by bringing together experienced producers, creative individuals, and project managers who felt the call of new business challenges.
He has worked in video and event production for more than an entire decade. As a producer he began his career in the executive production of the TV series “Kazalište u kući” and he continued by organising the shooting of numerous promotional films and TV commercials for renowned Croatian companies and agencies. In addition to video production, he gained professional experience in the organisation i.e. executive production of various events such as “The Night of the Ad Eaters”, an international multi-media exhibition “Be CROative”, “Nautic Cinema” film screenings tour… The desire for new challenges brought him to the helm of a company that specialises in the lease of technical equipment and technical support which he turned into one of the most successful on the Croatian market in less than two years.
A professor of foreign languages, she gained initial agency experience in the advertising agency Unex by participating in the development of communication strategies of leading Croatian and international companies. With a degree in General Management from the Bled School of Management she specialised in the field of organisation and management, which greatly helped in her further business career which she continued in the creative-production company Aquis where, as a special projects manager, she participated in the realisation of promotional projects of various profiles.
Since 2011 she has been actively engaged in non-profit projects popularising science which she, along with her fellow enthusiasts, developed and implemented throughout Croatia. One such project is the “Science Picnic”, the most visited Croatian popular-scientific event in the open, on which she worked as a manager and programme coordinator for the first two years. At the beginning of 2014 she moved on to new challenges by joining the company Produkcijski tim.
An entrepreneur and creative at heart, he began his career as an event producer, and already in his early days he faced the challenges of large-scale projects such as “Let’s Buy Croatian” and “Golden Kuna”. Very soon he decided to accept the challenges of entrepreneurship so he started his own event agency – Pago Com. His boyish curiosity and playfulness pushed him to constantly explore new opportunities so in 2011 he joined the “Adriatic games” project team as a technical producer and he contributed to the project which was broadcast on TV and became one of the most popular summer TV shows on HTV. He is the founder and creative artist behind a new programme of services and inflatable products which he offered to the market under the brand Pagotent.
